"Started charging for filing access without warning and no receipt provided."
I've been using Yearli for a few years now for my W-2s and 1099s, and it used to work just fine. This year, out of the blue, after I prepared a W-2 and a 1099 and made my payment, I found myself unable to access the copies of the filings I had created. When I tried to retrieve them, the site told me I needed to cough up $99.00 to get that access. To make matters worse, I couldn't even get a receipt for my payment. I called the number they listed, but all I got was a message saying the number's not in service.

"A suggestion for enhancing the Payee system..."
One area for improvement would be to have all Payees in a single database. This way, when you look up a payer, you can easily connect it to the correct payee. I've got a bunch of entities, and they share a lot of the same payees, so at the moment, I’m stuck re-entering each payee for every single entity.

"Fantastic Service All Around"
This service is truly fantastic. I've had the chance to try other options out there, but these folks are genuine and know their stuff. They never hit you with fees, and if a return doesn’t work out, you won’t be charged. Seriously, they’re awesome.

"This service is absolutely GREAT"
This service is absolutely GREAT. I have opportunity to use other service offered in market BUT these guys are honest and professional. Fees is never charged or return if return did not go through. Again, they are Great.

"Unaware of the Filing Fee"
I had no clue there was a charge for filing. Honestly, I could just head to the post office and spend less cash to submit a paper claim with a certified receipt.

"Promo codes everywhere, but none work..."
I keep coming across promo codes on the internet, but they never seem to be worth a dime! Other than that, this site is super useful.

"Pretty Impressive"
Pretty impressive. I really wish there had been a heads-up to save my entire form before hitting one of those (i) icons, 'cause that brought up the whole 8-page IRS instruction document (no biggie), but when I tried to return to my form, it just kept saying Reloading (or something like that) for 15 minutes. So, I had to refresh the page (which you did warn me would wipe out unsaved info—good call), and sure enough, all my entries were gone. It would’ve been nice to get a reminder to save before clicking on any (i).

"My Second Year with Greatland: A Solid Experience"
This marks my second year utilizing Greatland, and honestly, I couldn't have managed without their assistance. I've collaborated with Ben Martin both times, and let me tell ya, his support is fantastic. Whenever I shoot him an email, he replies in about 10-15 minutes with a solution. He's been a real lifesaver for me. The website and all the information provided by Greatland are straightforward and easy to navigate.
